Isabella Knutsen

 

Isabella Knutsen recently graduated with a BFA in Sculpture from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, PECK School of the Arts. She hopes to engage the viewer by reclaiming motifs traditionally found in taxidermy. For this show she wanted to play with the scale and whimsy of each animal. While creating a piece everyday the works began to become inspired by the people in her life. She hopes to continue this exploration in the future and go on to create larger works.
