About the Event

Var Gallery is thrilled to announce an upcoming panel discussion featuring a diverse selection of black women artists exploring the theme of abundance in their work. The event will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Var Gallery, located at 643 S. 2nd Street in Walker’s Point.

The panel, moderated by Documentary Filmmaker & Film Professor at UW-Milwaukee, Marquise Mays, will feature three of the selected artists:

Cheyenne Jordan - A budding artist and student whose fresh perspective offers a unique take on abundance in art.

Keisha Davis - An emerging artist whose innovative approach promises to inspire and provoke thought on the concept of abundance.

Nadeena Granville: An established artist whose work has captivated audiences with its depth and complexity, bringing years of experience and insight to the discussion.
