Comedian and Milwaukee native Tavaris Smith returns home to headline Var Gallery!
Tavaris Smith is a stand-up comedian from Milwaukee, Wisconsin based in Los Angeles. Since starting his stand up comedy career in Milwaukee in 2015, he has performed at comedy clubs, theaters, and shows all over the world. His credits include season 1 of Laugh After Dark comedy series on Amazon Prime Video, 2022 Seattle International Comedy Festival, 2023 Tower City Comedy Festival selection, 2023 Winter Park Comedy Festival, 2023 Omaha Comedy Festival selection, 2023 Portland HaHaHarvest Comedy Festival, San Francisco FunnyFest 2023 Finalist, 2024 NYC Empire State Comedy Festival selection, 2024 Austin Altercation Comedy Festival selection, 2024 SoCal’s Funniest Comedian (2nd Place), 2025 Laughing Buddha Comedy Festival, and Don’t Tell Comedy.
